About Me
Our story begins a little over eight years ago when my loving husband was diagnosed with a cancer that took half of his pelvis from him. He was told he was never going to walk without a cane, never father children and DEFINITELY NEVER ride a mountain bike again all at the age of 29.
As active young adults I needed to figure out a way to learn to age well with my now handicapped husband. So, I switched my career and started learning, first hand and by going back to school.
My passion is to help people age well.
As our journey to aging, started at 29. I will never stop trying to figure out how to make my husbands life easier and to somehow give back to the world everything I have learned. For those of you who wonder, my husband does not walk with a cane and he still loves to ride his mountain bike!
